Steven swallows the lump in his throat and whines. Unfortunately, Marc already thinks that Steven likes the other guy better than he likes Marc. They went on that date and Steven was really happy and everything.

And, you know. Maybe Steven did kind of like the man he thought Marc had become more than the current difficult-to-deal-with Marc. This situation they're in is certainly currently more difficult to deal with than the laid back guy who snuggled with him in bed and showered him with affection.
