I do know. There's not a damn fool in any universe who would try to capture me and hold me in a place where I can help break others free. There's no one insane enough to risk the devastation of everything they've ever worked for, for centuries, in having me able to undermine them wherever I go without then at least blocking off as much of my capacity as they could. There's nothing stopping me from much of anything.

But I can tell you that's the case, because otherwise a paradoxical wormhole would occur, and it would destroy things to try to stabilize the problems.
