I was a prisoner at the mercy of impossible dreams
Who: Theo Crawford & you
What: Plant life investigations; doodle time
When: last two weeks of January
Where: All over; outside decks
Warnings: None atm

[Theo is all over the interior of the ship the last day or two, and you might find him up to something odd. Mostly he's in the bars and restaurants, but any hallway or room that has plants in it as decorations. He's inspecting it closely, looking over the leaves, whatever it might be potted in, and frowning. A leaf if plucked, and the plant bends unnaturally as it takes some force to remove it. He grumbles in disappointment.]
...Goddamnit.

[Up on the pool or sport decks, is Theo tucked into a corner alone. What else is new. Well, he's taken off his suit coat, shirt sleeves rolled up, and he's sporting a pair of sunglasses and a baseball cap from the souvenir shop, so I suppose that is. With his sleeves rolled up, he's busy sketching away in one of the many souvenir notebooks he's been hoarding. Drawing is something he's taken to in the last few years, mostly for note-taking purposes in his study of magic. Not just circles and diagrams, but detailed drawings of plants and other components and reagents accompany his thorough writing. Since arriving on ship, he's put even more time into it. Why not? What else has he got to do?
The reason he's up on deck, though, is to get some life drawing done in good lighting. He doesn't have much people-drawing experience. Or sun experience. Pale Irish-American teen nerd explodes upon contact with natural light, film at 11. But there are other people up here, lounging or swimming or playing tennis or having a drink, or whatever one might do when they're up on the decks. Theo is never going to be one to ask if he can draw someone. That idea is positively mortifying. So there he sits, sketching the scenery and anyone who might be in it. Feel free to approach him if you catch him in the act. He's sitting in a corner and has nowhere to skitter off to.]
