She's obtained a perfect new replacement outfit (cinched at the waist with a clashing striped scarf and complete with mismatched sandals, of course because hey, let's just continue the luke comparisons with bad fashion too) and has a waffle cone piled with strawberry ice cream, and is vaguely annoyed at how normal the ship's trying to pretend to be even as she devours the frustratingly-tasty treat.
So when she spots Jade, she figures now's as good a time as any to try picking his brain some more, now that there's no weird hospital situations or awkward feelings or anything happening. Probably.
