( she actually heard... like, way too much of that, but for the most part it blended in with the other conversations floating about. a pair to their left is debating the weather (positive), a trio to their right is sighing and debating the weather (negative). everyone in this world is kind of meandering about, with the urgency of businessmen crossing the street to make their next meeting mixed with the laissez faire of people who have all the time in the world to get to where they're going. and all in all, no one really seems to mind the continual sprinkle of rain.
