"There are more more passengers aboard now to sign up, ones that weren't even here to witness the last, so that does help sway things in the favor of his claim. But yes, it was a sizable portion. I think some just want to prove they're capable of doing better than us failures, and want to partake in that whole peaceful protest. Or they're less afraid, with the knowledge that we simply, more or less, come back. Or the not too bad is all the reassurance they need."
