There's a torrent of muffled swearing as Heth swipes at his face with his sleeve. He looks up with murder in his eye, and then stomps toward Phil's cell, reaching in through the bars to grab him by the ragged remains of his shirt and yank hard. If Phil doesn't resist (or doesn't pull back hard enough), the tug will smack his face into the bars.

"Funny man," and it's trying to be a sneer but it comes out closer to a snarl.
