Crabb's made sure to drop in on Erin when she can, whether with the spoils of a shopping trip or just to check in with her clearly stressed to high hell girlfriend. If her own uneasiness didn't mean she tries to keep moving, constantly investigating their surroundings in the hopes of finding something of some use, she might even stick around longer. As it is, Crabb just does what she can, and hopes that whatever Erin's preparing for won't need to come to pass, whilst having very little belief that it won't.
This doesn't feel like the other excursions.
There's been this nagging sensation of being watched pressing at the back of her mind for a while, already, when on her way to another visit she finally notices the woman watching Erin's cottage. It won't be until later she realises that feeling is mostly unrelated, but in the moment it's enough to draw her attention to the right place.
So instead of walking up to Erin's door, she stops near the woman and her ongoing vigil and... says nothing. Just waits to see what she'll say or do.
