Ah, powdered was a staple for the labs. [she remembers quite a few of the scientists bickering over who last emptied the coffee pot, who left the burner on overnight and the burnt smell...] There were refrigerators, but those mostly contained samples. Wouldn't want to get any of that mixed up.
