Stardust? ...Not sure...but that would be really amazing...

[This question has an answer that Erice probably would have known, but Voyager does not. The idea of stardust seems to be a heartening one, though, if the faint note of wonder in Voyager's tone at the thought is anything to go by.

There's a small pause, as his eyelids flutter and he seems to need to gather himself. Draw another careful breath for speaking. This second request seems rather important, after all; pain still rules rather a lot of his thoughts, but if he really focuses...okay. Malin.]

There's, a fog, with her. It's--deep. Very deep. If you get it in...it's hard to get it out. [It's not like anything he's ever encountered before, not really, though it does remind Voyager of certain things. It hangs heavy like the air did around Euclides, if that air could breathe; it pulls like the gaps between stars, if those gaps could stare back. ...But that would take many more words to describe, so he'll have to settle with just these. Besides...] ...She gathers things to count. Like the businessman. Gathers and gathers...and they do the work. Because she's just human. ...Yeah...I think, definitely, she's just human.

[Even the most green of Heroic Spirits can tell the presence of another, or at least the presence of something Other. Even Skulduggery has the tangible hangings of a strange magic about him, from what Voyager can tell. (Which explains all the bones, at least.) Malin, though, for all her armaments and thralls...reads no different, from any other human being from the planet Earth that he knows.

Voyager falls quiet again after that, before pressing out a small sigh.]

Sorry...I don't have more. She didn't talk to me very much. Only...for the order. Kill things, that come out of the prison...
