1. A Magical Debate [Outside Windjammer, OTA]

César has parked himself outside of Windjammer for the afternoon. He's found a chair to sit on and has set up a small table in front of it as he sips on a cup of coffee (or water) with a notebook. Attached to the table is a simple sign made out of multiple sheets of paper taped together:

Magic and Mythology
Are Myths (on my Earth)
Change My Mind

He looks friendly and amused when approached, clearly not itching for a fight in the least. César just wanted to meme. Hence the softening of the wording on the sign.


2. Microscopic Plans [Atrium Lounge, OTA]

César is preparing various samples to look under his portable electron microscope hooked up to his tablet. Needing more room to stretch out, he's taken over several tables worth, shoving a long console table and a couple of round tall coffee tables together. Three of the four chairs around them have been shoved away towards the piano to keep them out of the way of everyone. On one of the smaller tables lies his electron microscope.

Bits of fabric, wood splinters, threads, bits of food, glass, water samples in small cups. Right now, he's just sorting everything and categorizing it, taking pictures before he starts.They all have little labels with time, location, and sample type. It seems he's being thorough.

Hope you didn't need those three tables. They're his for the moment. César catches someone looking at him and smiles up at them, shrugging innocently. Feel free to say hello, ask him what the hell he's doing, or suggest a type of sample he's missed, regardless if he's actually missed it or not.
