She looks briefly startled in a deer-in-the-headlights sort of way at being called sexiest. The reptile part of that is weird, but not a whole lot more than being called sexy at all.

It's not a response she's used to hearing, and she has no idea what to do with that information. She certainly has no idea how she's supposed to respond to that, so she's just going to... ignore it. Yeah. That's probably fine.
