You know that when the dead are buried, and flowers put on their grave, and candles lit for them, it means everyone who knew the dead is super sad they're gone and miss them and love them. Right? So then you die. And you're scared and angry and nobody can see you anymore, and you're not ready, and all that. And then they bury you, and give you flowers, and light candles. And you know that the living still care about you. That's why we have traditions like that."
