I am sorry you've dealt with people that are like that, however."

Cruelty is something she's seen a lot of, probably been the cause of at times, but the situation called for it. "There is perhaps too much cruelty in the world. I would like to say otherwise, but...I can't." She frowns a little. "I do my best to remember the beauty in the world." For Delores. For herself.
