She doesn't seem entirely convinced, but she shakes her head in response. "Home is a sense of belonging and comfort within our environment, and those close relationships we build within it," Ava comments, as somebody who's been deprived of such. That's why she views this place as home, doesn't find the notion insane at all.

And why she's so protective against any possible threats against it. Erin is clearly somebody with Motives, and Ava's the sort that will dig her claws deep in to expose them. And never quite understand why so many of her first meetings don't go well.
