If we had a nickel for every adult toddler with false memories and a history of experimentation who's abroad in the Tommy Bahamas today, then something something it's weird that it happened twice--
Victor is balancing about a dozen different shirt hangers on his fingers (his fingers!), lifting them up to eye level, trying to decide between all the different shades of garish. He just-- he's fascinated by all these colours. And all these shapes! Human olfactory capabilities may be dogshit but by god they sure can focus on shapes!
And -- he checks, not for the first time, just to make sure -- nope, he still hasn't lost his mind and sense of self this time. He thinks he might be recalling driving lessons that he didn't take, but otherwise his mind remains his own. A marked improvement on being a ball!
He's absolutely butt naked, which of course makes sense: it's why he's here looking for clothes. Anything that seems strange about this scene is entirely the viewer's own problem.
