Lights! Camera! Arrival!

[ Behold the morning of the August 9th, right up front in the dining hall a large sign has been tacked up onto the wall, obscuring a few windows in its overbearingly large text. ]

FREE RELATIONSHIP ADVICE!*

*(In exchange for information about this lovely cruise!)**

**((a bargin deal!))

[ Because after all, Elysium is all set up now, with a cute table he dragged out of a closet, an hot water kettle he's set up on top with some freshly brewed tea in paper cups, some fries he dug out a resturant. He's got it all set up to kick back for a few hours, dispatch great wisdom, and maybe have his worldveiw totally rewritten. That's the exciting things about vacations, travel and people. You'll never know what might happen next!

So if you're strolling by, come say hi! God knows he'll try and wave just about everyone he can over to share a cup of tea.

( awful — but apparently effective given how many people seem to gravitate towards him — pesudo therapist, ridiculous pirate captain, hot emotional mess, and horrifically enthusiastic matchmaker on a murder cruise... stede bonnet wears many hats, and let's just say the competition is thick.

he'd also sought to call clarke lovely recently, and that adjective lands just about as well here as it did then. she's pulling a sour face, shaking her head ever so slightly. but would not be able to argue the effectiveness of this ice breaker, having approached and engaged the conversation herself. ugh. )

I don't tend to take advice from people who don't even know my name. But if there's something you want to know about this place, I'd gladly tell you.

( really, the more people who get the blunt introduction and know what they're ultimately up against here, the better. )

( a decent question, a really good one to ask upon first waking up here. clarke even gives a slightly approving raise of her chin, but it's quickly followed up with a shrug because — )

Based off sunrise and sunsets, I'd guess north, north-east. But it doesn't seem to matter, we never get anywhere in a normal seafaring way. It's just like we're in a bubble that seldom changes and never ends.
