[Mingle] Let's save the pitiful children who just haven't a clue

Who: Rich and anyone who wants support!
When: Afternoon of November 6
Where: Library
What: The first (regular?) meeting of Possessees Anonymous! Remember, it's BYOB (Bring Your Own Baggage)
Warnings: stuff about possession, the whole I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream situation they were stuck in, probably some of Rich's past traumas will come up on his prompts.

[Many have already heard of Rich's plans to join together with prior victims of the ghost-nappings. Of course, if they haven't, there will be a few posted notes around the buffet and cabin hallways:]
Possessees Anonymous
Feeling like a stranger in your own body? Feel violated in a super weird spiritual way?
BIG MOOD
Come talk it out with other people who don't remember shit about last month!
Library, starting at 11 a.m.
Refreshments will be provided.

[...Feel up to checking it out?]

Maeve is quiet for a moment. Not knowing isn't a crime, she supposes. She likely could have gotten away with carefully keeping a disguise up for this, but...oh well. She's already here. "He barely likes people as it is, so I suppose it's easy enough to upset him." There's a shrug. "I can't say I entirely blame him, but...I'm sure it's..." Well, not forgotten. Max likely didn't forget that. She can't forget, so that's one of those things. "Just one of those things."

Maeve studies him quietly for a moment. "Perhaps we shouldn't speak about Maximilien any longer. I don't think it is helping either of us in this moment." That's the diplomatic way of excusing herself and him from a conversation where they might not fully agree.

Maeve studies him for a moment, not really sure how to deal with this or not deal with this, so perhaps it is the best. She's sure someone else can deal with that. Probably.

"If that's what you feel is best for you." She looks off to the side. "Perhaps I'll just go back to looking through the books, then."

"It's fine, darling." She'll have another conversation very similar to this later in the month and perhaps then it will seem like a pattern. "I'll see you later." And she's just casually slipping around the bookshelf to pretend she's looking at the books here.
