It's just, you know, you're making one hell of a statement wearing all that blood. You're not hurt, are you?

[octavia relents slightly hearing the apology but as max continues speaking, she gives a slight shrug in response to his words. she is more than aware of how the blood makes her look and the impression people are probably going to get but that's the least of her concerns] Yeah, I'm aware— I don't really care though.

For the record though, it isn't my blood. [this is probably the part where she should maybe she could clarify and add some context but yeah she just leaves it at that]

I kinda figured. I feel like you wouldn't still be standing if that was all yours.

So, if you're at the muster then this is probably your first day here, right? Do you want some help getting around? Maybe a tour?

[octavia does find it strange that he seems to already know that given his question but she doesn't dwell on it too much once he offers to show her around] Yeah, just got here.

Yep. I'm offering. What do you want to see first? Where the food is, where the shopping is, or where the exercise place is? We have a library and a bunch of bars and a pool too.

[They also have a kitchen but he's very protective of it and he doesn't really want her to drip blood on anything in there.]

[for the most part only half of those words made sense to her but instead of stating that she just shrugs. if he was going to show her around, she figured she might as well go with it] I don't know— we can start with whatever is closer.

Okay, well, that would be the spa and gym. There are showers in there too, you know, in case you wanna rinse off.

[He will start to walk them both to the Calgona while he keeps talking.]

[it's still strange when the concept of some of these things being mentioned is so foreign to her and that easily comes across in her expression before she does answer] A place that doesn't have much of this kind of thing really so easily available.
