Upper Deck

Conan's up on the deck dressed in simple polo shirt and shorts and bouncing a soccer ball on his knee. The skills he's portraying far too advanced for a seven year old. However, he doesn't seem to care much about that and just switches knees.

This is what he does to clear his head. The practiced movements so familiar that he doesn't even have to think about it. It's soothing in ways very few things in life are. Right now, his mind is on the captain and Friday and what's going on here. It's never really off those subjects lately. He glances at the wall and then kicks his ball at it. It bounces back and he catches it on his chest.

He continues on like this, kicking the ball back and forth and pretending the wall is his opponent.



Library

Another place Conan frequents is the library. He seems to be on some kind of mission to ready every single murder mystery book in the library and if anyone tries to direct him to more 'age appropriate' titles they'll be met with a rather intense glare.

Today's mystery is really campy and he's not so sure he wants to finish. It's got an obvious plot and he's more or less continuing to read because of his completionist nature. he lets out an involuntary yawn.
